Moving the location of a graph point interactively using scatter plot

HI ,

My question is also similar to this [Moving the location of a graph point interactively](Interactive graph) . I have managed to make the line shape move vertical along y axis . But my question is there any way to move the data points itself ?

I have tried another way using cytoscape . But i don’t know how to restrict the movement of the nodes to move along y-axis . IS there a way to do this as well ?

Can someone suggest any help ? @chriddyp . Can you pls provide your valuable inputs as well.
