Can we save a local dash-app into a html or svg or any package file that can be sent by email?

Hi team,

I made a dash-app locally on my own laptop. However, due to some reasons, I am not allowed to upload it online, so I am wondering is that possible I save the dash-app from the browser after I run it? e.g. save it as a complete file and have the same function and send it to others.
