HTML Dialog box as a popup

Hello !

I am new to the world of web development and more so for dash. So, my question may be too basic.

I want to use an HTML compoment Dialog inside my dash app to provide some intructions to the user. I am looking for a way to invoke the HTML dialogbox on the click of a link.

Any help would be appreciated.
